Whether you are new to your role or looking toward legacy and retirement, I will help you to focus on the changes you wish to see in your leadership and help you achieve them. Sometimes the focus is more personal, such as a better work-life balance and ensuring you prioritize your health; while other times it is very much about the work you need to accomplish, be that managing change, dealing with difficult employees, or managing up. Whatever your goals, they can be addressed.

I am committed to meeting you where you are on your journey and helping you to develop the mindset, practices, and habits that will help you be the leader you want to be. Coaching requires the passage of time in order to be successful. That’s why I like to think of it as taking a walk with you. I offer a range of packages that accomplish different objectives along a coaching journey.

LEADERSHIP COACHING PACKAGES

I am currently accepting clients. Contact me now to set up an exploratory session.

  • This is a free initial 30 minute session to learn more about one another and how we might work together. 

  • This package includes three sessions. Here we dig in to discover about your context and your role within it, including what is flowing well and your pressure points and struggles, and outline where you would like to go from here.  The Discovery Package can conclude with an action plan that you implement on your own or you can choose to continue working with Amanda. 

  • This package includes six sessions. Here we discover your context and build in time for application, so that you can test your emerging skills. The package provides you with live, real time reflection and feedback on how your new skills may contribute to the changes you seek. These sessions give you a chance to practice. 

  • This package includes nine sessions. Here we discover your context, apply emerging skills, and allow time for repetition such that your emerging skills become habits. These sessions not only give you a chance to practice but also allow for generalization to other contexts and challenges. 

  • After completing one of the above packages, clients may elect to continue working with Amanda on a pay-as-you-go, session-by-session basis or choose instead to batch some number of continuing sessions. Discounts are offered for continuing clients who elect to batch sessions. 

Logistics

Onboarding

Once we decide to work together, you will receive an onboarding package. There will be a short survey to complete along with the coaching client contract. This takes approximately one hour to complete. The survey is completed before the first session, so that I have this background and we can begin straight away in that first session.

Electronic access to coaching

I offer the opportunity to connect electronically between meetings for those clients dealing with highly sensitive situations that are evolving rapidly. Should this option be of interest to you, we can discuss it during your exploring call.

Timing of sessions

Depending on the package you choose and your current leadership context, we may meet more often in the beginning and then space out your sessions after that.

Session modality

We typically meet for 55 minutes via Zoom, though for longer term clients (5 sessions or more), I do provide the opportunity to meet in 30 minute increments and to talk by phone. 

Investments

While there may be some flexibility to this policy, payment must be received in full prior to beginning any package. Clients are given 30 days post-invoice to complete the investment. Investment may be made via Zelle or electronic payment accounts, including Venmo and Quickbooks. In unique circumstances, a hard copy check will be accepted.
