Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word meaning “the science of life.” This science has been practiced for over 5,000 years in India, and embodies accessible daily practices that maximize one’s health. Through assessment of your body type and current imbalances, you can learn what changes to your daily schedule, diet, and digestion will help to bring you into balance.
If you want to take your health into your own hands, I can support you. My approach will help you to apply Ayurvedic science, such that your behavior changes and your physical, mental, and spiritual health improves. Expect to receive individualized recommendations regarding your movement, meditation, sleep, meals, and possible supportive herbs and spices. You will then work with me across time to apply those recommendations.
